Tonight there will be a Blue Supermoon at 9:35 ET

The moon will appear about 8% larger than a normal full moon and 15% brighter than a normal full moon.

The next one won't be until January 2037. Keep any eye out tonight!

shot, but the sky was so clear I forgot about the cold, I was in absolute awe at what I was seeing. The pinky area a 3rd of the way up the Milky Way is the North America nebula and in the top left you just about make out the Andromeda galaxy.

Some exciting news...we've been working on fishing in Loftia, the cozy video game we’re making!
Here’s a sneak peek at our fishing spot VFX. It's still a work in progress so we'd love your feedback 🫧🐟🩵

#comettsuchinshanatlas is nearly gone from view.

It's been wonderful to see people around the world taking a break and looking at the skies.

Let's keep fighting for a world where it's more important to look at the skies than look at how to murder and destroy everything. 💓☄️🔭

Here is video w/many satellites.
Satellites are mostly straight line segments that cross the whole frame.
Meteors vary in brightness, usually begin & end within frame.
Planes are dashed lines due to flashing lights.
Milky Way comes stage left toward the end.

Comet watching last night was quite a show. Filmed a timelapse of the comet setting as Milky Way drifted in from stage left, a few Orionid meteors streaked through (peak night), planes flew past, and there were an astounding number of satellites visible in the early evening light.
