The federal government's statement said that THIS individual was an illegal immigrant who approached ICE, and brandished a gun... What I see is a man exercising his 1st amendment, documenting ICE's actions. For that, he was confronted, jumped by ICE officials, beaten and murdered!

• Blue State Minnesota has 130,000.
