Jenner’s getting close, but won’t make the trip with #CBJ to New Jersey today for Monday’s game. He’s not putting a specific target date on his return but it looks like he might be available Thursday vs Detroit.

They lost 15 leads in the third period that season under Pascal Vincent, including 5-0 in Toronto, and went 2-2-11 in them.

This is the fourth game this season the #CBJ have coughed up a two-goal lead in the third period, second time against Pittsburgh. The first against the Penguins was Oct. 25 in Pittsburgh, which Kirill Marchenko decided with a shootout goal.

End of the second and it's 3-1 #CBJ ... Werenski's goal was scored with four seconds left in the second. That means the Jackets have a two-goal lead starting the third, which has also meant meltdowns in seven prior third periods when they've held leads, including three with two-goal leads.

That was a really nice play by Miles Wood on that 2-on-1 shorty to get the defender to commit, drag the puck around him and use a 2-on-0 advantage against Jarry with a great cross-ice feed.
