Update: My strength in my hand is largely back to normal. Just a bit of tension when lifting heavy things still, but I think a few more weeks of stretching it out will repair those muscles. Yay! 😤
Ended up hurting my hand Tuesday and it's in a brace for a bit. We'll have to switch to non-controller/keyboard heavy stuff for the rest of the week as a heads up.
