I was on a clear stretch of a 40mph limit road and got stuck behind a guy wandering between the two lanes randomly at a speed I don't think ever exceeded 15mph and occasionally he would just abruptly stop in the middle of the road and I didn't feel safe to overtake because he was being so erratic

Caroline has lost her father, her uncle, her brother (and sister in law) and is now losing her daughter. People talk about the Kennedy curse but I just can't imagine going through all that.
