That’s when the toilet paper goes in a drawer or a bin to be taken out as needed.
I’m like, I’ve bought him hot pink self-warming cat beds and pastel rainbow doughnut cats beds. It’s fine. He’s not going to know or care about the colour scheme, lmao. 🤣
My former elderly coworker in her 60s almost always initially misgendered Merlot as a girl because he’s a domestic medium hair, so with the longer fur, he has to be a girl right? I’m like, sure. 🤷‍♀️ And my mum got stressed about buying Merlot a pink tunnel with doughnuts on it because he’s a boy. 😂
Ugh. I hope they fuck off soon. I got a shiny new prescription for antihistamines after visiting my doctor yesterday, and was told to use it as needed.
Pretty much. Especially since it happened a SECOND time. 😩 But that time was better because the collection sites didn’t separate the fuck out of everything, and kept people’s stuff all together.
Ten years ago, the fibre optic cable got cut and like 30 lab collection sites went down. It was not a good time for anyone, as we were rushing to push the super time-sensitive bloodwork through before it timed out and people had to be recollected.

Since I have a lot of rural Alberta folks who follow me: the Edmonton police are looking for anyone with property with an old well north of Edmonton to contact them (more details in the video). It's for a cold case.

So I had some great chats with the lab assistant who took my blood, and the nurse who got my IV on the first try (she asked if I had a preference and I was like, meh. But the last time I had an IV, the person tried to impress me and fucked up). I got my IV and my doctor’s note, and then I went home.
Yes! I had to preface everything with, “no, it’s not my foot, which is why I was here for 6 hours yesterday. I know what it is, I have a referral for an allergist, but I haven’t gotten a call yet…” And I told everyone that I’m a former med lab assistant, which probably explained why I was so calm.
Basically. 😂 “I accidentally ate ketchup on Sunday night and my body freaked out about it.” And then my heart rate was still fast three hours after I had gotten there and they didn’t want to send me home without lowering my heart rate, so I was like, sure, why not. I’ll have a bag of IV fluids. 🤷‍♀️
Yay! I went to emergency for 5 hours yesterday to get a doctor’s note for work. I rolled in and was like, I know what it is, you probably won’t be able to find anything because my bloodwork is going to come back normal. They gave me a bag of IV fluids and I have more ideas of what to ask my doctor.
My body decided to be dramatic because I ate ketchup. 🙄
I have an Apple Music subscription because Tidal wouldn’t work for some reason? They both give higher proceeds to the artists than Spotify. And buy albums to support artists.
Thinking about whether being inside the system actually changes a system for the better, or if you just become a part of the system.
I can offer you some sympathy cats?

if you're in Alberta and you want your flu and covid shot in 2026 - yes you read that correctly - you have to preorder them right now. So here's the link. go do that. Just in case none of those people get removed from power by then.

please repost this, as the province seems bent on killing us.

I tried to chase Myo up the stairs, misjudged where the first step was, and fell into the stairs. Ow.
I think I finally unclenched my jaw from this morning.
I always have better luck with WestJet than Air Canada. Air Canada told me flat out no for getting an earlier flight home from Vancouver after a 14-hour flight from New Zealand in 2016, so I spent 8 hours in YVR. I tried Air Canada a few years ago, and it still wasn’t any better for me. 😅
I love how people are deeply divided on their favourite Canadian airline. It’s always “WestJet has always been good to me, and Air Canada has always fucked me over”, or the reverse with “Air Canada has always been good to me, and WestJet fucked me over”, with 0 overlap of someone liking both, lol.
Spelunking in the embedded quote replies: does this mean that he just effectively excommunicated a chunk of GOP?
