The Spark power up collection continues to grow, this time we get the Archer Jester!

As these power ups continue to show Spark doing different combat oriented things, I came to realize I really needed to start spicing up the poses!

His crossbow in the game is so large that it covers most of his sprite, so for the sake of this pic, I shrunk it down just a teeny tiny bit, make it fit with the pose!

I wanted Spark to look like either he just dodged an enemy attack or that he saw a threat and went into aiming position, and ofc with the serious fight face!

Since this was another case where the main sprite covers too many details, I thought it'd be fun to get a bit more creative, namely with the scarf, since the Archer Jester form gives him a very Robin hood-ish look, feather included!

The stages in the game continue to be a fantastic gold mine for backgrounds, this one was a ton of fun!

I'd say so far taking up this project has been one of the more fun artistic decisions I made, I hope y'all are enjoying it as much as I am in making them!

Spent some time re-reading rp screenshots and oh boy did I forgot how flirtatious and cocky the guy was in the beginning omfg 😭😭😭

If I'll be drawing down the entire rp one day it'll be lots of fun to portrait cai Spark's gradual change in demeanor into a more loving and thoughtful, genuine one
