Bogie is just Bogie. Tries to avoid pronouns, because Bogie doesn't know well enough which ones to use. So, writing is kinda odd. If Bogie uses wrong name, sorry. Yes, Bogie is old. How old? Bogie saw "Star Wars" first time it was in theaters.

Rain might want to have some chamomile or cherry bark tea. Can be calming. Then go to bed early, make sure to get enough sleep.

For tomorrow, mint or ginger tea can help settle the stomach.

Bogie is saying that Nyx got more done than Bogie for the energy expenditure. Bogie's usually not very efficient at work, because work wants Bogie to scurry around like cockroach when lights come on instead of just doing things when needed.
