Smooth tracks, comfortable seating, good airco, punctual.

Yes. Stressed/embarrassed patient in pain to start with. Then the worst pain on incision. Then immediate total de-stress! I try to encourage spinal saddle block but for most patients that’s a no-no.

I’ve never used iv lidocaine for this indication - might give it a try.
