That's 40 miles in for the day.

Current goal is to get back down to - at least - 235 before my next doctor appointment. Part of me would like to get lower than that, I'm just concerned they will tell me that I'm "losing weight too fast".

It's insane to me.

I recently had to pick up something for a procedure in November. I got a call from the pharmacy while I was in the doctor's office telling me that I needed to pick it up that day or they wouldn't fill it.

They gave my Dr shit, & he told me to just pick it up.

Bullshit like this blows my mind.

I have had this done to me three times on my daily medication - twice in which I had to be off said medication because they wouldn't pick up stock from another store or send me there as a temp thing.

Don't tell someone "it's ready for pick-up" if you're OOS.

exhausted & almost crashed out today at the pharmacy because they had me come in - to tell me they’re out of stock and to come back on Monday { after waiting 40 minutes for them to “refill” the wrong prescription 😤 }
