One of the stupidest scribblers in the PostMedia stable. And that is saying something.
48 minutes, Edmonton Glenora, 70+ (line out the gym door and out of sight), explanation was manually checking IDs against the voters list, tearing off, initialling and folding three ballots was time consuming, and all made worse if ID address did not match list (mine matched but some did not).
Central Edmonton 48 minutes starting at 9:15. Entirely about multi step paper voting process.
48 minutes instead of five in #yeg this morning.
Please discuss the delays paper voting entails. In Edmonton this morning, the usual five minutes dragged out to 48 minutes because the paperwork. People left the line in frustration. Stupid multistep process.
48 minutes versus the usual five. The UCP is just the worst.
I also pre-ordered 9 of each for 2026-27. UCP are the worst.
This is unacceptable. I order 9 of each so 8 other people will have a supply. We have only started this season and you want us to order for next-no words. #ABpoli #ABleg
🚨 This is inexplicable news to share. If in Alberta and you want flu and covid shots for NEXT year (2026-2027), you have only until December 15 of THIS year to order them.

This is not incompetence. It’s a deliberate choice to prevent as many people ..

She should layoff the bitumen.
Big pro-teacher protest at #ableg in #yeg the day before a province-wide strike shuts down schooling.
Honestly, they might have been onto something in Logan’s Run.

Fees get an inflationary bump but not teacher salaries. Cool cool. 🙄
“When I was at Queen’s….”
And the ULP is discontinued and the parties are returning to the table.
Strike is looming, public backs teachers, gov’t needs a pretext not to bargain (that is somehow the teachers’ fault) and creates imaginary ULP. Getting zero traction with public, as one would expect from this bunch of nitwits.
