OK, let's suppose all of the people killed were knowingly transporting drugs. How do we know that these drugs were destined to be delivered to the US? The boats were not, as I understand it, not actually in US waters.

ANTIFA is like America. It's an idea. We believe in democracy and that all men and women are created equal. MAGA believes in White Supremacy and wants to be ruled by a dictator. Kinda wish ANTIFA was an organization to which everyone belonged. But that's not the world we live in.
