I find it weird how people can't take criticism. Don't you want to be better? Don't you want your work to be better? Now, admittedly, unwarranted and rude criticism are a thing, but genuine feedback being treated as hate has always boggled my mind.

That Japanese company forcing applicants to draw to prove their work is their own and not AI is something more companies need to do going into the future. This goddamned bubble is a nuisance for everyone and only those more concerned with short term profit above all else care about AI.
