The dev died, and you're going to give up on the token?

AI + crypto works for one simple reason people keep missing:

AI needs rails 🛤️

AI guesses, hallucinates.
That’s fine for writing. It’s unacceptable for execution.

If an AI agent is going to touch assets, ownership, or permissions, something in the stack has to be allowed to say no.

Over the past few years I've played, and fell in love with, Hollow Knight and the Ori games. There's something satisfying about tight player controls powering elegant movement

So I decided to build a sandbox tool for finding settings that scratch that same itch in @phaser_ games

Week 2 of shipping a new Solana program per week 👀

DCAs!

Another resolution for '26 is learning more about DeFi, and this seemed like a good place to start. I built a program for scheduled, repeated buys from one token to another, built on top of @Raydium.

.@GameBientEngine shipped a live demo of Cartridge Protocol using a Breakout game NFT cartridge.

This isn’t a content drop. It’s a concrete example of why games as NFTs actually make sense. NFTs as tradable, dynamic, infallible proofs of ownership, powered by @Metaplex Core

2026 Goal: write a Solana program every week.

Week 1: MPL Faucet ✅
If you’ve built anything on Solana recently, you already know the pain:
getting reliable devnet SOL is weirdly hard.

So I combined a devnet faucet with some fun learning exercises around @metaplex protocols

Releasing the Genesis SDK will obviously makes launchpads better as they integrate the protocol.

But if you think this is “just a better ICO toolkit,” you’re missing where it actually gets interesting.

Genesis is a tokenization primitive, not just a launch product.

“Everything is down.”
Yes.

But so were the Romans when Hannibal pulled up with the elephants.
You know what they did?

They adapted.
They rebuilt.
They didn’t check CoinGecko every 7 minutes.

I know the go-to hack to stop killer AI is ask them to divide by zero.

But let's not kid ourselves, the real trick will be getting them to fix Rust dependencies.

I say this after I sent Claude on a 4 hour quest to unfuck a lockfile.

To everyone complementing the beautiful Metaplex/Genesis frontends this year:
- first off you're welcome, they look so good because I didn't touch them
- secondly, thank @frontendevon and @brandontulsi for banning me from contributing to the repo

It's wild how the "hot ball of money" started as a criticism of NFT pump and dump culture. Now it's just the meme coin norm.

Anyways follow tokens with proven revenue and good tokenomics. Long term vision > short term scheming

Why @Beamable exists (and why it’s using @Metaplex Genesis)

People always ask:
“Why not just use AWS?”

Because AWS gives you raw servers.
Projects like Beamable give you a game backend framework.
And that difference saves you months.

Most “Web3 gaming” infra slows games down.
Beamable built one that keeps up.

They’re launching with Metaplex Genesis, which honestly fits. Both are built for speed, scale, and creators. ⚡️🎮

Do you actually need 50ms finality for onchain games, or are you just not using enough unskippable animations?

Token launches used to be pure chaos. Now we’re finally seeing systems emerge that treat them like the products they are instead of just casinos.

The wildest part about Solana isn’t performance, it’s that most of the new primitives here are being built by 3-person teams redefining what’s even possible.
