I wrote about why we should not celebrate someone losing their job, especially in today’s America, even when they’ve done terrible racist things.
Losing a job should also be harder and involve workers’ bodies not unilateral management decisions.

Throwing it out there that if you have a sizable digital music collection and a home computer, you should download the Plex server (setup is stupid easy) and the plexamp app and then you have your music wherever you go. All free and no Spotify ick factor.

One of the things I dislike about the Game Awards (and any competition really that asks is the evaluate art against one another) is that it can have the effect of piously devaluing the other art an award puts you in competition with.

I can't stop thinking about the purported drug smugglers being murdered by the US military. The punishment for drug offenses isn't the death penalty. This is just bloodlust and men in suits playing with lives they don't care about. It's truly grotesque and gravely compromises this country.
