Saw a video from #Denver yesterday that involved an older man getting tripped and cutting his eye brow open on the curb. I want to say I am very impressed with the members of No Kings that ran interference and kept him from getting further injured. Meet hate with love. Amazing work Denver.

You said it in your podcast and it fits. If they didn't close it down and something happened Newsom would have been the number one target of the Trump Regime. He made the right call in a bad situation.

Reminded today that you put your effort into what you feed your heart. If you feed your heart with family you will be devoted to your family. Same goes for job, hobbies, politics, etc... Our lives would be so much better if we put put our heart towards things that spread kindness.

The pictures coming from the official white house social media depicting Trump and Vance as royalty is deeply disturbing to me. This is appears as an official declaration of disregarding our constitutional rights as citizens of the USA.

I was reminded today in an article that the world is full of good people. If we meet hate with kindness we can do so much more good in the world. My goal for this week is to try to spread kindness to all and to not react to the hate. So I will be wishing you all a wonderful weekend now.

can we talk about the hate that these propaganda accounts have been officially spouting? If I see another video or picture of Jeffries with a sombrero to poke fun at him from the White House account I may scream into the void (which I guess is happening now).

The antisemitism appears to be starting from the top now. Just saw that Speaker Johnson claims that today's "No Kings" protests are bought and paid for by none other than Soros and that the Communist party is responsible for this "hateful day"

I hope that today's events really wake people up.

I really dislike when people use the "boys will be boys" or "it's just a joke" phrase to justify bad behavior. If we do not hold our young men, young women, and young people to a higher standard we will be blessed with another generation of reactionary politics.

Although I am unable to join the No Kings protest this weekend I am there in spirit and will be standing with the mission of this movement. I believe in what you all are doing and love that the people still have the right to assemble and demand change. Keep up the good work.

I have found that some of the most hateful and distrustful people are those with "christian" or "conservative" in their social media bios. When did a faith that teaches tolerance and care for all turn into a reason to destroy and push people aside. It is a very sad reality we live in today.

I don't know what to think. I actually used AI today to summarize something I was struggling to understand, I then asked follow up questions and felt like it was a reasonable representation of what I was curious about. I am still a Luddite when it comes to AI but I now understand the ease of use.

I've been researching the GOP platform to try and understand what is going on better. They literally told us they would use the Navy to enforce their "war on drugs" and as we have seen with the ICE activity, they are aiming to make a show rather than follow the law.

So the military being sent to US cities in order to fight for control seems like a clear violation of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments.

Labeling protestors as terrorists is a violation of the 1st amendment.

What if he himself is in the files. I don't think he is loyal to trump I believe he may be trying to protect himself. If he isn't the files another question is what does the current cabinet have on him to make him fall in line so completely that he is willing to ruin his entire political future?

My last trip to France had me coming home with more books than my luggage could handle. Had to ship a bunch to the states so that I could enjoy my purchases.
