I saw this logo on one of the information posters at the Montreal Biodome.

This beluga, who appears to be creating DNA, really reminded me of my time working on Blue Planet: Recontact. @paweldaruk.bsky.social, @biohazardjeff.bsky.social
Logo labeled code Beluga. It features a blue circle composed of four raindrop segments with a beluga, a fish, a lobster, and a starfish in each section.

WATERWORLD SHOULD HAVE BEEN A STUDIO GHIBLI MOVIE
Ditto! And we had a blast.
If only we all had such sorcery in our lives. Happy birthday Matt!
I figured indie RPG designers who write about strange skies full of airships and pirates should sail together…
Well lookie here. 👀

The North American shipment of Blue Planet appears to have made landfall.
Great time at the RPPR meet-up last night. Ross and the cast- and the community they have attracted - are Very Good People(tm)

The thing I love most about GenCon is that for four whole days I get to unabashedly be my whole self while surrounded by so many instant friends. There’s nothing else like it.
We had a pledge manager open prior to the printing, but it’s closed now. Once the books arrive you should be able to order through Gallant Knight Games.
Just landed in Indie! Traded a possible tsunami at home for a definite tsunami of gamers here. 😜
You’re right - it’s a great project idea.

The core practice is presenting linked decision points with meaningful consequences.
Wife and I spend every summer (teachers) living on our Westsail in the San Juan and Gulf Islands. In fact, at anchor as I post.

Will likely retire to the boat, at least for a couple years.
Depends on the kind of boat you want, and where it will sit in your use/time/financial priorities. Anything you can live aboard will cost 5-10% of its value per year to maintain. Unless it’s a unique boat in good shape it will depreciate. Ultimately about what it’s worth to you/what can you afford.
The only people who say that have never owned a boat…
