The fall colours are really coming out great. Corner Brook, Newfoundland.
A bit chilly today, but a lovely fall day. Best kind for a boil up with chilli and toutons.
Exploring St. John’s by bicycle. Great way to get around the city.
I love peaches but it’s always a crap shoot.
Great day on the trails today. 127 km with friends. Forests, rivers, beaches, trails, and a great meal at a local restaurant. Big Falls, Cormack, Deer Lake and Howley, Newfoundland and Labrador.
No, just some clouds at sunset.
Best place in the world. Wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Just a cheeseburger happy meal tonight! Watching my ever growing waistline.
Best view from any MacDonalds in Canada. Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. Last rays of the sun.
Probably our last beach day for the summer.

Saw them at Churchill Park. What a great show.
Struck the blueberries this evening. The dog, though, was no help whatsoever.
If I'm looking for my favorite mug, guaranteed it's in the microwave half full of day old coffee.
The laundry! It never stops!

Good advice Tom. And cooking. Teach them to cook.

Yes. I also watch long term projects that I have been following for 6-7 years. Or even longer. Like building a sailboat (Sampson Boat Co, Acorn to Arabella) or recreating the Antikythera mechanism (Clickspring) or building a custom car (Bad Obsession Motorsports, Sara-n-Tuned).
This is all valid here in Newfoundland and Labrador too. Except for specific regulations.
Noticed a couple small errors in this, (it could use an update), but overall it’s a pretty good compilation of cycling myth busting that is specific to Nova Scotia, in case you need something succinct to share with your friends and relatives.
