Whatever you think of the White House as a building or a symbol, the fact is that the image of it being torn apart on a whim two days after 7 million people hit the streets against autocracy is going to make a HUGE amount of people really, really angry, and that's an energy that should be harnessed.

Democrats should be drawing up legislation right now, this very minute, to bar Trump from helping himself to $230 million in taxpayer funds from DOJ. Challenge Republicans to hold a vote on it. Push this so hard in the media that every GOP Senate and House candidate is pressed to comment on it.

Yesterday, a federal judge ruled that Gregory Bovino and other officials can be questioned under oath over agents using chemical agents on protesters, journalists, and clergy in Chicago. A lot of ICE agents still mistakenly think that they’ll never be held accountable. They will.

The federal officers were "assaulted" with inflatable frogs, inflatable dinosaurs, & other inflatable creatures🐴 🐶🦝🦖🐸.

The federal government has argued in court documents that the National Guard is needed to protect an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland that has been the site of protests since June. They wrote that protesters had assaulted federal officers "with rocks, bricks, pepper spray and incendiary devices, causing injury."

Trump called the National Guard to Portland last month
The Trump administration federalized 200 members of the Oregon National Guard on Sept. 28 after the president described Portland on social media as "War ravaged" and "under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists."

This characterization is false, according to local and state officials, residents and journalists on the ground. Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek told NPR on Oct. 6 that the president's portrayal was "ludicrous."

"After considering the record at this preliminary stage, we conclude that it is likely that the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority,'" the majority wrote in its decision.

It's unclear what impact this ruling will immediately have on the ground. The 9th Circuit's decision applies to only one of the two temporary restraining orders that U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut issued this month blocking the deployment.

"Right now, until the district court acts on the second TRO, national guard members from Oregon, or any other state cannot deploy," Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek said in a statement.

The MAGA crowd seems very triggered that yesterday’s protest was historic, their comments are everywhere. In total, 22 MAGA individuals were arrested for attempting to attack peaceful protesters. Arrests were made in OH, KY, CA, SC, NC, MI, OR, FL, VA, TX, and PA.

When Jimmy Kimmel used satire in a monologue discussing Epstein's Buddy & his supporter's reaction to Charlie Kirk's killing, Disney/ABC was pressured to take Kimmel off the air.

Kimmel could not call for the killing of someone already dead.
