Sometimes no matter how much effort you put in to loose weight sometimes you just hit a brick wall & loose nothing for a month .
So I increased my exercise regime,sweated more , ached more & now finally back on track & down 2 more kgs , finally !

What started out as a quick walk turned into a very satisfying long walk.The sun was shining so it seemed daft not to continue for a longer & get those steps in whilst the weather is lovely.

Last night’s walk.
Not a bad start to #winterwalking this week.
I managed to do my long walk for 2 hours up steep hills & not stopping once it that 2 hours & not out of breath which was a nice fitter feeling.
The benefits of loosing 28kgs !
