Aren't these the same folks that argue that attempting to hire for diversity and inclusion is discrimination should be illegal?

He's taking both sides of the argument!... discrimination is good if it means more white men get hired, but bad if anybody else is?

Just to be explicit, I love my @home-assistant.io-managed GDO! It works great and gives me a lot more flexibility and control beyond what MyQ offered.
Amazing to see RATGDO creator get a profile in @nytimes.com. Does this mean the anti-cloud backlash is going mainstream? www.nytimes.com/2025/12/04/t...

every time you think the new WaPo editorial board can't embarrass itself any more, they manage to find a way.

Left: 'Texas gerrymandering is no big deal!', from August.
Right: 'Maryland gerrymandering is an affront to Western civilization!', from today.

And the governments of these countries are complicit or supportive of this, because it is more important to them to perpetuate the hoax than have lower health costs and a more productive workforce?
September 23, 2025 at 3:55 PM
... wut? Let me see if I can unpack this. Energy costs are artificially inflated by $somebody to perpetuate a global warming hoax and, therefore, people can't afford to turn on their air conditioners, and ultimately suffer from heat stroke. Did I get that right?

Also (and I will work this into all feedback and reviews) please keep up The Simpsons references!

Really appreciated this episode. I had this little twinge of not quite buying the thesis when I heard the coverage of this on The Daily, but I didn't dig any further into it myself. My mistake! Thank you for laying it out clearly.

It should be needless to say, but it is perhaps at this moment worth saying, that transgender individuals have the same right as anyone else to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Is this what Ezra Klein meant when he said Charlie Kirk was doing politics the right way?

If you send someone something that an AI created and you haven’t already read, understood, and made useful, you are doing two things:

1. disrespecting your peer’s time and offloading your work to them.
2. proving to everyone that you could be replaced by an AI.

Don’t do it.
