This paper shows is that people have a very poor perception of their own popularity, and an even worse of their position in the network. And if people are not aware of where they stand, how can they anticipate the impact of their actions on the network? Think about contagion, gossip, and so on.

El Gobierno catalán anuncia préstamos a jóvenes para pagar la entrada de su primera vivienda (incentivar la demanda). Cuando hicieron una política similar en Reino Unido (help-to-buy):

❌Aumentaron 8% precios.
❌No aumentó la oferta.
❌Los promotores se apropiaron de toda la ayuda.

Desconozco el tema en profundidad pero da la impresión de que todos son ventajas (vía impuestos) si los costes ya se han asumido (educación, sanidad, etc.).
