Seat belts - is harm reduction.

Supervised consumption sites - is harm reduction.

All these approaches cannot stop accidents from happening but can definitely reduce the harms that are caused by them....

I have a peripheral neuropathy - Charcot Marie Tooth.
The thing I wished I had done sooner, is to exercise more.
Build the muscle early, and hopefully it will last longer.
((hugs)). I hope it is something other than neuropathy.
