My kids crack me up. Exams are over and the 15 year old is reading and the 18 year old is playing in the garden. I am fairly confident this is a carefully staged scene to avoid allegations of eating sleeping and gaming all day.

Genuine question - what is it like to be able to emotionally regulate around music? Do people really go to concerts and not cry? Can you think about a song played at a loved one’s funeral and not well up? Can you fix your mood with a well placed playlist?

The Year 11 has back to back exams today which since the exam period is about three months long this year seems very rough. The Year 13 also has an exam this morning so it’s all maths round here.
