Made a few more upcycled Christmas decs involving plastic. It's bugging me, I don't want to say this is a good thing to do. Put your plastics in the recycling. If you let your kids use them for craft they end up in landfill.

I don’t like cooking but I like home cooked food 🤷

What’s in the *bird* box? 🪺 🐦

A colony of Daubenton’s #bats! 🦇

They don’t read the labels! Lots of bats using “bird” boxes.

Popped lid back on & left in peace. Monitoring under (bird & bat) licences.

I'm listening to 'Black and British' by David Olusoga. It's good, tough listening.

'December' from Eliot Hodgkin's 'The Months', 1950. The first Christmas roses, seasonal greenery, a dainty indoor cyclamen, a shop-bought anemone, a clementine from Spain and two shy early violets, with their promise of spring.

It's The 1st of December

It's Bow Road Station month in the 2025 Tube Mapper Calendar.

This Grade II listed building opened in 1902 and has an array of features including these striking colourful hexagonal pillars.

I've just realised that doing Christmas crafts with kids and adults in various places is what makes me feel Christmassy.

The cats are not happy about the weather. Pip is generally attacking chair legs, curtains.. Aslan has sulked all day. Now they are bashing each other.

Somehow I said I'd help with something and ended up planning crafts again. Good job it's fun. It's going to be a garland.

I have a couple more boxes upstairs. The jewellery box fell to bits due to central heating, so I think I'll move them all out here. Next doors kitchen extension is behind that blind, so they won't get too much light.

Did the itv ad free subscription thing. I haven't watched anything on itv for a couple of years. Quite excited. What should I watch? (Nice crafty things, non violent crime/mystery will do for a start)
