Definitely look into some winter versions of European uniforms, they often have very unique cuts that are fun to mess around fashionably with like these T4S2 CCE pants they just retired. The suspenders straps are pretty common with European winter pants too :3

It'd be difficult to add the burden of cleaning the stuff at each individual location that wasn't designed with this expectation. On top of that, not being a very energy efficient process by being decentralized, which kind of undermines the whole logic of the program.

They kind of made this work in Europe with reusable polymer bottles but that's a much easier problem in general so I'm not sure how they'll tackle this. I think you would have to create a surprisingly large system of collection and cleaning for them.
