Real Salt Lake was an absolutely unenjoyable and unwatchable team from the first minute of the season. Cannot remember a time I liked this team less over 15 years. I don’t like many of the guys that much and I don’t really like the culture.

I can’t speak for the County, but Mendenhall doesn’t really control the amount of money SLCPL gets. The City has to approve how we spend our money, if we can raise taxes, if we can go to bond- but we are pretty independent of the City. Almost all of our money comes to us directly from property taxes

Man, SLCO Library is pretty amazing and I say that as someone who has worked for City Library for 25 years. They do a ton of amazing programs, service a huge number of families, and have a really great collection. We are definitely getting our money’s worth out of the library system.
