Used to cycle loads. Maybe get out once a month now, if that. Very difficult kids! I'm hoping I reach the point where I enjoy running, but it seems a distant dream at the moment. On the plus side, my knee is a lot better than it was

I've got that. It's brilliant. I'm not veggie, but I've ended up eating way more veggie and vegan food because of this and Zaitoun by Yasmin Khan (which has loads of meat dishes as well as non-meat)
