The amount that phones and computers spy on you to serve you ads is terrifying. I looked up some physical notepads to buy to take notes when reading stuff to give better feedback to people. My ads and recommendations start showing notepads.

Randomly saw myself in the mirror and actually really liked the way my shirt fits me right now, the way my facial structure has changed, even my silhouette in general.

I'll probably hit up a crafts store this week and see if I can also buy more filling to replace what's been lost. Over months shedding, that one segment is almost fully empty. Probably about 100 to 200g maybe?
