I think my heart was broken in 2007, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2019, and 2025.

2008: Alone as I spiraled with dysphoric depression and sickness took my voice.
2011: Escaped an abusive relationship, worked continuously while recovering.
2016: Laid off and isolated, stalling on the cusp of transition from positive movement into steep decline.
2019: Ugh.
2022: Not a heart attack.
