I gained a little weight back with all the health stuff that is going on, and I am trying not to be too hard on myself. With the new meds we are going to be using, weight gain is not a side effect, so I should be able to start losing again once I feel better and eat better again.

We went out and bought some ice cream for the freezer at Braum's. I got Peppermint and Egg Nog flavors for the holidays! Two of my favorites.

I have Akathisia. So we're lowering my one med and putting me on another with a goal of a yet another med. I'm on something that's supposed to help Akathisia, but it's not, and this doctor, who was rude, didn't give anything else to help, and this is not fun.
