Had a good frustration cry yesterday and feel much better today but BOY is it difficult having to be in this position of feeling both “I’ve done so much work to no longer silence myself” & “I can’t argue everything bc I need to protect my mental health”

Like I just found out they believe chemtrails are poisoning us & manipulating weather, climate change is a hoax to get more money out of us, and taxes pay for nothing but elected officials salaries and I’m supposed to NOT think of you differently??
Every week I keep finding out more and more irritatingly stupid things my family believes and i just dunno how much longer I can keep doing this
