Book two is just a few days away! It's gger, darker, bolder, spicier, and a bit more queer. I challenged myself with this one. I knew I wanted to write a horror scene. I wanted more complex relationships, more dragons, and a bigger world pre-orders for kindle are up.

My first horror Scenes: In book two I wrote my first really horror scenes. I watched a lot of Stranger Things and went back to older and unrelated media to see how they built tension and fear.
It is out of my norm and I found it illuminating and also terrifying to attempt. 🤣🤣

Honestly I make an active attempt to not consume media when I know I'm working on something. I knew my books were going to be magick schools and dragons. When someone asks, "Have you read Fourth Wing" the answer is no.
