Casually opening Bsky and seeing words of SvelteKit 3… 🥰
SvelteKit 3 / Vite 8 will be built on rolldown. You can use it now if you're adventurous!
If you're not using the new remote functions, it largely works without issue and is much faster.
We'd love help in discovering any bugs that haven't been unearthed yet! Post them at github.com/vitejs/rolld...

I've been using Safari as my personal browser for years (vs Chrome for work), and loving it.
But Safari became soooo unresponsive in the past 3 months, that I started trying the new fancy browsers.
But this morning I tried Safari Technology Preview, and it's fast as I remembered default Safari.

First time I get a message of appreciation from a piece of code I posted on GitHub
On this repo I made to show how to host a MCP server from a SvelteKit project.
Time flies, 5 months ago now, I believe it was the first SvelteKit + MCP example.
MCP grew up so fast

Got super excited that Biome officially supports Svelte.
But I'm too dumb to configure these tools. A few hours trying, I got the combo Biome + Zed to lint my Svelte files, but not my ts ones 🙃

I’m trying to give Tailwind a real shot.
After 2 days, I’d say it’s easier to write (no/less selectors, the tool suite is nice), nice to avoid scrolling in my svelte component
But I find it more difficult to read, I don’t think most abstraction help me (I prefer px and rem to TW units…

NotebookLM is really a good solution to my really low attention span when reading. Pasted a blog post I was longing to read for weeks, and listened to a cool non-robotic 15 minutes podcast.

Claude 4.5, in the Claude desktop app, amazes me. Even in a very long conversation, it remains smart, doesn't overdo it. It's pretty nuanced, it's pleasant to read...

Breakfast in Paris. Hip coffee place. I noticed the croissant was 5€ after I sat down. Considering giving my MacBook as a deposit to pay for this.

Genuinely affected by Rauch’s stance.
I love Vercel tools. I often publicly praised them.
Moving away will be painful, but I don’t want to be a part of those who let this happen and say nothing.

shameless plug - but until @antleth.fr adds "what's new in Svelte this *week*" to svelte-changelog.dev 😬, I'm tracking all the hot new Svelte / SvelteKit stuff here on almost a daily basis: fubits.dev/notes/how-to...

I'm not the only one preferring Claude apparently, most @vercel.com AI Gateway users too.
Cool graph. Some days it's almost ONLY Claude.

You'll understand this video only if you've worked with Stripe I think.

It only took me 27 years, and re-watching until S02E16 to understand that, in Stargate SG-1, travel can only occur in 1 direction through the gate.

Wow, I don't think I ever noticed an app that supports "Breton".
But Whisper Flow does.
Fun fact, I was actually thinking about using AI to translate my personal in Breton, just to honor the domain in .bzh

It's 4 in the morning, I should be sleeping but I had an idea for the @convex.dev x Better Auth x Autumn hackathon 🙃 Gotta at least create a base repo.

I work on light-mode-only app at work. I usually don't work extra late, but this week-end, I do, and not having a dark mode hurts.

I’m using Convex and Better Auth on my personal project.
Making them work together is not the most convenient thing, especially with Svelte.
But it’s very very interesting. I can’t stop thinking about coding
