The lack of news from russia's Pacific submarine base at Rybachiy after the earthquake and tsunami is deafening. Has this critical submarine base been crippled?

A Google Earth Pro image shows the locations of the Rybachiy submarine base in Kamchatka at centre, the NE Repair Facility at lower left, and the SLBM reloading base at upper left. The quake epicentre was roughly 130km directly offshore, and these locations almost certainly experienced a 3-4m tsunami. There is no news so far.
