Employers do discriminate based on disability... All the time.

They just do it in ways that aren't "obvious", and they rely on the process to complain/challenge legally being so hard and inaccessible that most won't do it.

My dog has an ear hematoma. Basically he scratched his ear so much it broke some blood vessels and caused his ear to swell up.

I had an auricular pseudocyst years ago which is somewhat similar. My ear was filled with a fluid and had to be drained several times. It was seriously painful.

I do plan to be Ukyo (Ranma 1/2) for Galaxy Con St. Louis alongside my nun!Alastor and fem!Lucifer. But I’m unsure which days.

Was going to wear Ukyo Friday because a lot of the Hazbin guests weren’t going to be there until Saturday. But there will be other Hazbin events.

On the bright side, this whole thing has given me the opportunity to make more aware of MMS. I’ve come across several people joking about bleach being an autism cure referencing the time Trump suggested it for COVID. I get to tell them that people already do that.

I say I'm going to wear my Vault Girl outfit for Halloween. I try to wear something more mainstream for the holiday which #Fallout has become since the show. Also my job's party would want something more appropriate. I won't take my weapon but I do have a fake bottle of Nuka-Cola.

My Tumblr stalker, I've ranted about on here before. They actually apologized to me. Apparently they just had a falling out with a friend and it made them realize how bad they were treating me. They deleted a bunch of the stuff they posted about me.

Seeing this again, I do know not every country uses the level system. I heard that the UK only has Autism with or without intellectual disability.

I don't know how well I like either system. UK's is straight forward but two different people w/ ID still can require very different support.
