I'm out of the fog, and I'm not going back in without a fight. I'm putting down the things I don't need to carry - things I've outgrown, things that never fit, things that aren't mine, things that anchor me in places where I don't want to linger - and I'm moving forward at speed. This is my season.

Getting ready to do another solo movie night. I was originally going alone, told a friend that said they wanted to go, then 12 hours later the friend backed out, so solo again. I did see someone else bought a solo ticket two seats down, so we'll be alone together. 😊

Even the crease through the eye seems like ominous foreshadowing or some reference to his true, sinister nature (sorry, Halley's great-uncle, I'm sure you were a very nice man). 😶‍🌫️

My grandpa was the first of the 9, and Grandma is the last of the 13; it does sound a bit like it's from a prophecy. 😅

Put your own skin in the game. Show up. Be vocal. Call out the bullshit. Get between your friends and their enemies. Put yourself in uncomfortable situations because glob knows the people you're claiming allyship for are at exponentially greater risk in those situations.

You win again! My grandparents were one of 9 and one of 13, and I always thought that was a lot, but 23! 🤯 And that picture is *so* cool. Yes, I see the villainous inspiration, but the whole composition looks like a movie moment.
