I know there is a French seller on eBay (unfortunately I don't remember the username) who is selling a copy of the Good Omens Ineffable Edition book and has these plushies as a gift for whoever purchases the book.
Maybe you can contact them and see if they are willing to sell the plushies separately

I have found them by chance on eBay US, the seller was really nice and changed the shipping from US-only to Europe.
My understanding is that they were made upon request by a GO fan and they are not available anymore (maybe the person who made them is willing to make more)
