My 30’s really have been my best years. It felt more like my adolescence to be honest. I moved to nyc and began to perform and live. I met most of my friends and began to date for the first time. I had so many firsts in the 30’s and I don’t feel like I’ve even brushed the surface of my potential.

I’m a theater lover and obviously the musical means a lot to me but I think it trivializes the text of the book and what this movie tried to convey. Where the play is about victory, the book is about redemption

It didn’t matter what she was in, I saw it. I identified with her characters that were typically people who wanted to learn about the world and yet had this wide eyed innocence somehow, curiosity and style. I used her name for every alt account I had. I wanted to be her in every phase of her life.
