FYI, the center was built with legislation that it couldn’t be renamed. It would take an act of congress to change that

I’ve long speculated this but I’m pretty certain Nola is partially or fully deaf. She doesn’t really respond to sounds and she doesn’t really make sounds herself. She just reacts when Ruby reacts. It hasnt hindered her at all but I think a vet visit for confirmation is in order
