The fact that "supplements" are just the wild west out here is insane all the time.

A lot of the comments and such (even the writer) are focused on either "haha gym bros have lead poisoning" or "people don't need to take supplements cause diet can give you enough"

Meanwhile every person using protein shakes to deal with a medical condition somehow is losing their mind
