Ninja Tools is one of the first things I learned that Boruto was versed in Konoha before most of the Residents, Katasuke used him so much as test subject, that Boruto was basically the Middle Ground between Ninja Tools and Ninjutsu, he was such a kid when he found out new stuff he could use

This Chapter thought leaving much to build up feels (hopefully we can get a "rest and set up type arc" in which we can see some of the vhtacyer flaws in full swing thst some have been hinted in their turmoil.
