There is great value as an artist to be relentlessly curious about other techniques & mediums.
In that spirit, I took my homegirl Alma to a #graffiti art class today with @grafftours (IG) & got to take home my canvas. So here is my first ever graffiti piece,

One of my partner's special interests is trains so for his birthday I decided to paint him one
I had never painted a train so I found a tutorial on YouTube that gave me some direction

For anchor, I used aluminum foil, the chain I made using a hot glue gun. There are real shells & a real crab claw glued onto the canvas, & the green gravel is crushed eggshells.
