A little illustrated intro about me:

mclaren as a team needs to be studied because how do you have the fastest car, an insanely dominant season, and a WCC secured by singapore, yet still completely and utterly fumble the bag on managing your drivers and team politics. like you WON and everyone is still pissed off and miserable
