Honoured to be in the House of Lords yesterday as Dame Sarah Mullally, Archbishop of Canterbury, took her seat, alongside the Rt Revd Dr Joanne Grenfell, Bishop of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich. The Rt Revd Debbie Sellin, Bishop of Peterborough & I were present for oaths of allegiance to the Monarch.

Bishop Sarah Mullally will today become the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury,
following her Confirmation of Election at St Paul’s. I look forward to working alongside Bishop Sarah in helping lead our church so that we can be simpler, humbler and bolder in our living and sharing of the Gospel.
