Well this is an account I was using for different things, but instead of actually blocking a hundred folks over on my old main account I’m just going to migrate here and not deal with the headache.

Only following folks who don’t shrug at the things that make me angry.
Thinking of going back to Twitter (in addition to staying here). I need to pick some fights.
I don’t wanna grow up! I wanna be a Toys R Us kid!
*spits out water* TWENTY YEARS WHAT THE FUCK
I don’t have to do that. All you have to do is tell them that the Eastern Conference Finals have started.
In DEAD WIZARDS OF THAY, the evil wizard Lysithea Sura has stolen the soul of your party’s barbarian and is using it to fuel a vile ritual. It’s time to hunt them down so Gregnar can get back to his life of ruckus & revelry!
RUMBLE AT REC-24 will feature mayhem and melee as a group of probably-guilty convicts fight for their freedom in the corpo-sponsored Sunspire Leisure & Penal Enterprises BattleDome™!
Too much Daggerheart lately! We’re headed back to 5E systems for a little bit for a couple of one-shots in settings we love!

A Starstruck battle royale and a Forgotten Realms wizard hunt.

Lots of work to get these up to speed, but they both have solid foundations and should be good to go soon!

This Devils team are frauds, and nothing that happens before March can convince me otherwise.

I don’t care what kind of October winning streak they have, I’ll never trust that D corps or goalie rotation.
Wow, dropping River in the Library.

I guess I’ll just cry myself to sleep tonight, thanks. 😆
My only requirements are that they’re very readable, and that ideally I would like to find two sets that semi-match but are opposites. Like light/dark, good/evil, day/night. That sort of thing.

I think I probably can find this tomorrow or later when I’m not quite as tired.
I tried shopping for some tonight online and I’m so useless. I like them all, but none of them really grabbed me.

I should just let yall pick them out. 😆
I’m trying to imagine what dressing like a girl, without showing skin, without flimsy fabrics, and without milking cows would look like. The only thing I’m coming up with is…

Valid lol

My reasoning is that I got a dice cam for playing online and now I clearly “need” something shiny and new to feature on the dice cam 😆
I am famously not a dice goblin. I have lots of random-ass dice around to use, and sometimes I’ll find a group of them that is on-theme for this or that game. But I haven’t bought new dice in… 10 years? 11?

I might be needing to invest in a new set soon though. Will be shopping around some.

Tomb of Horrors was a HUGE success w/ the tweens/teens. We made it more kid friendly but they didn’t get too far but had a great time. We let them fight Acererak and it came down to the last character alive and the last roll - a 5/6 wins (on a d6), and the player rolled a 4.

Acererak wins again

Apparently some folks are playing real dumb about skull symbols so let’s play a little game I like to call “Nazi skull or not a Nazi skull”

First up, the Jolly Roger. This is a pirate skull, not a Nazi skull. It means you might get robbed, but prolly not genocided.

With me so far? 1/x
The playlist matters 1000x more for horror than any other genre I’ve run.
You still have to hit all the traditional story beats (inciting incident, point of no return, rising action, midpoint crisis, etc. etc.) but other than that the main things are just (a) managing the fear cycle and (b) keeping the aesthetics tight.
