The images of CECOT function two ways. For people with empathy, they see evidence of a crime against humanity. But for people without empathy, they work as pro-Trump propaganda. What Trump’s enablers have tried to ignore are the images that show these men before CECOT, because they drive empathy

We should all be following the example of the BDS movement. Strategic and realistic targets with lots of information about why they are targets and how folks can participate
The reason our Target boycott has been so effective is because of the focus on a single company and organizing around it.
Not a temporary boycott with an end date or a rolling boycott, not multiple corporations at a time, a focused, strategic boycott.

Mohsen Mahdawi of White River Junction, Vermont was illegally detained by ICE during what was supposed to be the final step in his citizenship process.

I just watched ANOTHER video of a man burning alive in a tent in Gaza. Israel bombed a journalist tent outside of a hospital, AGAIN. If you think you are resisting fascism but you aren’t speaking out for Palestine, you aren’t. You are part of the problem.

The terrible CR Budget bill — written by right-wing House Republicans with no input from anybody but themselves — was passed tonight with the support of 10 Democrats.
