HECK NAH using tights your regular size you'll never fit in for encasement XP it definitely depends on what brand youre getting, how stretchy/durable they are, but typically you gotta go TONS of sizes up. like I usually wear Large size tights, but for encasement I can't fit in anything less than 3XL
