I never said it would be easy. Destruction is part of human nature. We've been proving that for a few millennia.

Personally I have no tolerance for intolerance. But when it comes to protecting democracy as a concept, you have to look at other options than banning those who think differently.

Actieve tegenwerking, rechtszaken ondersteunen... en vooral: haast maken met het vormen van een nieuwe coalitie.

Maar niet morrelen aan de processen van onze democratie en rechtsstaat. De rol van een demissionair Kabinet mag niet anders zijn alleen maar omdat de koers ons niet aanstaat.

When you start to ban political parties from elections, then you're actively undermining the same democracy that you try to defend.
I'd rather that all other parties create an environment in which an AfD (or other fascists) has no reason to exist. Or at least not gather so much followers.

Deze man heeft geen enkel recht van spreken op dit vlak. Hij heeft met zijn club extreemrechts aan de macht gebracht in dit land. En heeft doelbewust de samenwerking gezocht met een xenofoob die vriendjes is met mensen die de omvolkingstheorie aanhangen.

Voor welke partij zou hij dan campagne moeten voeren?

In het stemhokje kunnen wij Kamerleden en partijen bestraffen of belonen voor de voorgaande periode(n), niet bewindspersonen die niet verkiesbaar zijn.

Er was weer regelmatig sprake van gebrek aan organisatie achterin.

En voorin heb ik de indruk dat de heren Abed, Thomas en Van Duiven erg op eigen succes uit zijn. Om zichzelf in de etalage te zetten met hun aflopende contracten.

Desondanks bij vlagen goed voetbal. En een zeer vermakelijke pot.

3) AfD: democracy is a very brittle concept. It offers the possibility to destroy the very concept from within. It takes a lot to keep the concept alive and well. But until someone comes up with something better, it's the best we've got.

1) what you mention does not change the fact that there is a law against publicly using Nazi-Germany symbols like the swastika;
2) Israel: guilt runs deep and makes it hard for politicians and part of the population to blame Israel. The distiction between anti Israelian policy/actions 1/2

In Germany, a country that actually knows and understands what fascism is and what it can lead to, he would have been arrested for wearing that uniform and the swastika.

#GRAJPS je krijgt toch sterk de indruk dat zowel Thomas, Van Duiven als Abed wel héél nadrukkelijk bezig zijn met hun eigen persoonlijk succes. Om zichzelf in de etalage te plaatsen.
