I looked at the original post, thinking context would explain it, but now I’m more confused than before. Sorry I have no idea what that means 🤷‍♀️ .

Let’s say you run out of candy halfway through tonight.

What do you give out instead to trick-or-treaters?

Same vain as those just-be-born-rich ‘selfmade’ success stories 😐.
That IS cool. Cpt. America wouldn’t be my first choice for a horror/superhero crossover, but at least on the cover it works.
They didn’t go down the whole ‘effort’ route, huh.
I don't know what, though. Maybe a bookmark dispenser, you know, for books.

This year's Halloween sitch

The important thing is I made the coat and these were my first truly successful welt pockets.

What a farce. It used to be “don’t buy avocado toast for lunch every day or you’ll never afford a house.” Now the economy is so bad it’s “don’t buy *a single pastry* once per week or you’ll end up homeless”
“At the same time, more than half of Gen Z members say they are struggling to make ends meet, yet a majority buy themselves a small treat, such as a pastry, coffee, or sweet, at least once a week. That can lead to overspending…”

Then you might own slightly more comics than myself 🙃. Hard to count though,…if goodreads didn’t stink so much, I could estimate total number of pages 🤔….(sorry I’m just musing)
I’m trying, I’m trying, but this is a family-run guillotine business and my brother is sick 😔.
People at NYT are illiterate, confirmed.
That is some amount of comics 😳. Mine are all omnibus/TP though, so probably similar volume…
FINALLY someone’s thinking about the billionaires.
I.e. there’s a lot of passion on social media, but often not anything but passion.
For me, it’s helpful to remember:

1) Anything without credible source can easily turn out wrong/overblown.

2) Social media builds up on every topic like a tsunami, and can fall apart in itself just as quickly. Better to not get caught up.
Really have to read anything on social media, that presents itself as news, with a lot of skepticism and critical thinking.
Facts skewed, and half-truths intended to appeal to biases.

Or just ignore it completely.
So y’all are saying, I wouldn’t look as good in a bedsheet? 😦

I'm sorry, but that is not a "stunning dress". Florence Pugh is stunning. THAT is a bedsheet.

It needs a courtesy rebuild-the-entire-building and it's good to go.
