One of the oddest things about being indoctrinated into the Xtian cult as a kid (having left it), is sometimes, a random hymn will come to me. Now, I haven’t been a Xtian for 42 years, but this conveys the strength of brainwashing. One reason my kids were raised atheist, sparing them this evil.🌏✌️

I’d really like the U.S. Congress to take up anti-trust issues. It’s ridiculous that I pay $230+ per month for one f’ing cell phone line & home internet. No where else in the free world do people pay this much. Why do we? Because we have a monopsony, that’s why.

In the U.S. you really need to have no soul to be super successful. I may not have much, but I don’t purposely hurt people for money or to get ahead. I’d rather die destitute than do that. The meek shall inherit the earth has new meaning to me now. 🌏✌️

I work at a Research 1 university. Today, everyone was ordered back to working on campus. Keep in mind that many of us have jobs that do not require us to be on campus. Our new VP is a F’ing moron. I think she just wants attrition to lower costs. She’ll get her wish, & we’ll all suffer. F’ing bitch.

I found out today that I need cataract surgery on both eyes. In less than a year, vision in my right eye went from -3.00 to -5.25 & in the left from -4.25 to -7.75. I have an appt w/ the eye surgeon on December 22nd. I’m more than a little nervous. 😬

The menu: roasted hen w/ potatoes/carrots/mushrooms, cornbread dressing, broccoli/rice/cheese casserole, roasted corn, deviled eggs, gravy, rolls & pumpkin pie. I cooked it all! 🦃🍁✌️
